Not bad office personnel, do great of getting back to customers with maintenance requests. But the app they use for rental payments is trash. If you make a payment the app gives you a confirmation number but doesn't take the money out till 3 days later. And if you make the payment late in the week it won't take it out till 5 or 6 days later because of the weekend.

Poor communication, unreasonable requirements, slow service. Inconsistent information, overall bad property management.
